Schedule 160 Pipe

Schedule 160 is the thickest pipe in the wall thickness grade. Compared with the common SCH40 and SCH80, the wall thickness of the pipe is obviously thickened (the wall thickness of Sch40 of 2-inch steel pipe is about 4.0mm, while the wall thickness of Sch160 can reach about 10.0mm). Therefore, its high pressure resistance and bearing capacity are also significantly improved. It is specially designed for high pressure, high strength or worse scenes. The outer diameter of Schedule 160 pipe is consistent with other grades of steel pipes of the same specification. Only the inner diameter of the pipe is changed, so it can be connected normally with flanges and other pipe fittings.
