Galvanized Iron Pipe

Galvanized iron pipe is a pipe that is coated with a layer of zinc through hot dip or electroplating process, making the pipe more corrosion resistant and extending the service life of the pipe.

Galvanized Iron Pipe

There are two galvanizing processes for galvanized iron pipe. Hot-dip galvanizing produces a thicker, more corrosion-resistant coating and is the most commonly used process. Electrogalvanizing uses an electrolytic reaction to form a thinner, but more uniform, coating on the pipe surface.
