Flattening test (90\u00b0):<\/strong> During the welding test, we compress the outer diameter of the original pipe to the level of 75% to ensure that the weld does not crack. During the material testing process, we further flattened the pipe to 60% of the original outer diameter, and carefully observed that except for the weld part, the rest of the metal parts did not crack.<\/p>

Tightness test<\/b><\/strong>: Carry out online non-destructive testing (eddy current) or hydraulic test according to the pressure standard shown in the above table, and ensure that the test duration does not exceed 5 seconds.<\/p>

Flaring test<\/b><\/strong>: test the plastic deformation ability and processing performance of the steel pipe.<\/p>

Non-destructive testing<\/b><\/strong>: Use a variety of methods such as ultrasonic testing, X-ray testing or magnetic particle testing to find any potential defects or cracks that may exist inside the steel pipe.<\/p>

Note:<\/strong>
1. AS 1074 is for threaded pipe and all threads should conform to the requirements. For a given size, the base length of the effective thread should be reduced to 80% of the sum of the fitting allowance plus the specified length.<\/strong>
2. The length of each pipe should be within 8 mm of the specified length.<\/strong>
3. Each pipe needs to be tested for tightness and needs to be hydrostatically tested at a pressure of 5 MPa and maintained for a long enough period of time to ensure that the pipe does not leak.<\/strong>
4. The bending test should not show any fracture. Welded pipe should be bent until the weld is 90 degrees from the curved surface<\/strong>
5. Galvanized pipe fittings should receive 90\u00b0 cold rolling without cracking. and have a continuous, smooth surface.<\/strong>
6. Unless specified, pipes should have parallel pipe threads.<\/strong>
7. The tensile strength of the pipe material should not be less than 300 MPa.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
